Cool, Characterful Colour: Nusa Jade 25 x 25cm
A softly shaded jade-green glazed porcelain in a classic 25 x 25cm format — the Nusa Jade from Hyperion Tiles.
Nusa Jade brings a calm, watery green to walls and floors, its glaze pooling and lifting from tile to tile for a genuinely lived-in feel. With substantial V4 shade variation, no two pieces are quite alike, giving a laid finish real depth and movement across a room.
Made in glazed porcelain with an anti-slip matt surface, it is frostproof and rated F4 for floors with heavy domestic traffic, with R11 slip resistance — at home on internal walls and floors, sheltered external walls and floors, and in and around swimming pools.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain. Outdoors and in pools, specify a frost-resistant exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: A stacked or brick-bond layout suits the compact square format, and shuffling tiles from several boxes makes the most of the V4 substantial shade variation.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Orders for special order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged on delivery or are faulty.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
