UK Delivery — costs & timescales at a glance
We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery is free on all orders over £1,000. Below that, the cost depends on what you're ordering — tiles travel on pallets, mosaics and samples by courier.

Some designer brands are dispatched directly from the maker on specialist freight, which is why a small number of ranges carry a higher delivery charge. The exact cost for your basket is always shown at checkout before payment.
How tile delivery works
Tile and flooring orders are heavy, so they travel on a pallet with a specialist courier and are delivered kerbside — the driver will bring the pallet to the nearest safe, flat point to your property (not inside). Please plan for someone to be home, and let us know in advance about narrow lanes, steps, gravel drives or restricted access so we can arrange the right vehicle. A missed delivery or failed access may incur a re-delivery charge, so if in doubt, call us first on 01344 620211 — we're happy to check.
Timescales
- In-stock items: dispatched within 3–5 working days; samples arrive within 2–3 working days.
- Backorder items: we'll email you a confirmed dispatch date within 24 hours of your order.
- Special-order ranges (e.g. some Ca'Pietra, Fired Earth and Original Style lines): lead time confirmed before your order is processed.
- Timed and weekend deliveries are available in some areas for an additional charge — call us to arrange.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery before signing where possible. If anything arrives damaged, don't worry — photograph the affected boxes and email sales@hyperiontiles.com within 48 hours and we'll replace damaged tiles quickly and at no cost. We always recommend ordering 10% extra for cuts and wastage so a small breakage never delays your fitter.
Returns
Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery with a returns number (email us to arrange). A restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range — the exact rate is shown on each product page. Clearance, end-of-line, special-order and bespoke items can't be returned unless faulty. Damaged or faulty items are always replaced or refunded in full.
