Collecting Personal Information

- Order information — name, billing address, delivery address, payment information (processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers), email address and phone number. Collected from you at checkout. Used to fulfil your order, process payment, arrange delivery, send invoices and order confirmations, screen for fraud, and — where you have opted in — keep you informed about products and offers. Shared with Shopify, our payment providers (including PayPal) and our delivery partners.
- Customer support information — information you provide when you contact us by phone, email, contact form or the chat assistant on our Site. Used to provide customer support and improve our service.
