Sample options, delivery & refunds
Paid cut and full tile samples are priced on each product. The two-per-sample limit applies to free and paid samples.
The five-sample allowance applies to eligible free cut samples. Paid full tile samples are separate from that allowance.
For example, Fired Earth £4.99 + Ca’ Pietra £4.99 = one £9.98 delivery charge. Your final charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cut samples usually arrive within 2–3 working days. Check the delivery estimate at checkout.
After your samples arrive, we refund the sample delivery charge for each brand whose tiles you buy in a later £50+ tile order. Contact us with both order numbers to claim.
