The Sanderson Tile Collection at Hyperion Tiles

Two ranges, two different jobs
The Sanderson porcelain tiles are 20 x 20cm with a matt glaze, rated for internal walls and floors. This is the range for a whole bathroom, a hallway, a kitchen floor or a boot room, and it includes the four large-scale murals as well as the repeating patterns and five plain colours made to sit alongside them.
The STUDIO Sanderson tiles are smaller, at 13 x 13cm, with a gloss ceramic glaze and the softer, hand-decorated character that suits a splashback or a fireplace surround. These are wall tiles only, and several designs come with matching border and corner pieces so a panel can be framed properly rather than simply stopped.
Murals, repeats and plains
Pillemont Toile and Tapestry Trees are supplied as murals, which means the design is composed across a set of tiles rather than repeating on each one, and the setting-out matters. Robin's Wood, Very Rose & Peony, Anthos, Truffle and Pinetum Stripe repeat tile to tile and can be run across any area. The plain colours in Sage, Dove Blue, Madder, Ochre and Orchid White are glazed to match the patterns exactly, and are the sensible way to give a busy design somewhere to rest.
Seeing it before you commit
Patterned tile is difficult to judge from a photograph, and a mural is impossible. Free cut samples are free to collect from our Ascot showroom, or we can post one for the cost of postage. For a mural we would always suggest coming in, so you can see the scale against a wall rather than in the hand.
