Who are Hyperion Tiles?

Hyperion Tiles is a family-run UK tile and flooring retailer with over 30 years in the industry, run by a father-and-son team. We supply homeowners, interior designers and the trade from our three-level showroom at 67 High Street, Ascot, Berkshire, and deliver throughout mainland UK. We hold over 15,000 designer tiles and are an authorised stockist of Fired Earth, Ca'Pietra, Minoli, Original Style, Porcelanosa, Siminetti, Woodpecker, Floorify and Bert & May, alongside our own ranges.

Where can I buy high-quality porcelain floor tiles in the UK?

Hyperion Tiles supplies premium porcelain floor tiles across the UK, both online and from our Ascot showroom. Our porcelain floor range covers large-format, wood-effect, marble-effect, stone-effect, concrete-effect and polished finishes suitable for kitchens, hallways, bathrooms and open-plan living. Porcelain is hard-wearing, low-maintenance and frost-resistant, making it ideal for high-traffic floors. You can order free cut samples to check colour and finish before you buy.

Do you stock large-format and Italian porcelain tiles for kitchen floors?

Yes. Hyperion Tiles stocks large-format porcelain tiles — including Italian-made porcelain from Minoli — in sizes suited to kitchen and open-plan floors, where fewer grout lines create a seamless, contemporary look. Large-format tiles and slabs are delivered on our specialist off-load vehicles with a delivery date arranged in advance. Our showroom team can advise on sizes, finishes and the right adhesive and substrate for large-format installation.

Do you sell bathroom wall and floor tiles?

Yes. Hyperion Tiles offers a full range of bathroom wall and floor tiles, including metro, marble-effect, mosaic, natural stone and porcelain, plus slip-rated options for wet rooms and shower floors. We can supply co-ordinating wall and floor tiles for a complete bathroom scheme and help you calculate quantities. Visit the Ascot showroom to see tiles displayed in full room settings, or order samples to view at home.

Do you have a tile showroom near London?

Yes. Hyperion Tiles' showroom is at 67 High Street, Ascot, Berkshire SL5 7HP — around 28 miles west of central London and easily reached from London and across the South East, including Windsor, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Bracknell, Camberley and the Surrey borders. It is one of the largest luxury tile showrooms in the region, set over three levels, with tiles and flooring shown in room settings. We deliver to London and throughout mainland UK, so you can order remotely or visit in person.

Where can I find a UK supplier for luxury natural stone and marble tiles?

Hyperion Tiles specialises in luxury natural stone and marble tiles, including honed and polished marble, limestone, travertine and stone mosaics, from names such as Ca'Pietra and Fired Earth. As natural stone is porous, we can advise on sealing and aftercare, and provide samples so you can see the natural veining and variation before ordering. Our team has over 30 years' experience specifying stone for period and contemporary homes.

Do you sell outdoor porcelain paving and garden tiles?

Yes. Hyperion Tiles supplies 20mm outdoor porcelain paving and garden tiles designed for patios, paths and terraces, in wood-effect, stone-effect and contemporary finishes. Many ranges have matching indoor tiles, so you can run the same look from a kitchen or living space out onto a patio for a seamless indoor–outdoor scheme. Outdoor porcelain is frost- and slip-rated, fade-resistant and low-maintenance.

You are welcome to visit our Ascot showroom, where you can see full-size tiles and flooring displayed in room settings and pick up samples to take home.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Cut samples are free to collect from our Ascot showroom. We can also post samples to you for a small postage charge, so you can check colour, finish and texture at home before you order.

Which brands do you stock?

We are an authorised stockist of leading tile and flooring brands, including Fired Earth, Ca'Pietra, Minoli, Original Style, Porcelanosa, Siminetti, Woodpecker and Floorify, alongside our own ranges.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on UK mainland orders over £1,000. Orders under £1,000 are charged based on weight, size and delivery location, confirmed at checkout or by quote for larger consignments.

Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days, and express delivery is available in 1-2 working days. Large-format tiles, slabs, bathware and bespoke orders are delivered on our specialist off-load vehicles, with a scheduled delivery date arranged with you in advance. A specific or timed delivery can be arranged for an additional charge where available.

We deliver throughout mainland UK, including London and the South East. If you are outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we will advise on available options and cost.

Do you offer larger or project quantities?

Yes. We regularly supply larger quantities for full projects and renovations. For project volumes, please contact us for a tailored quote and lead times.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original, full-box packaging within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. A restocking fee of 20% to 30% applies depending on the product range. Fired Earth returns are accepted for complete orders only.

End-of-line and clearance items, special orders, and made-to-order or bespoke items cannot be returned. All returns must be pre-authorised and accompanied by a returns number. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Payment options

We accept all major payment methods at checkout. PayPal Pay in 3 is also available, letting you spread the cost of your order over three interest-free payments (subject to status).
