Visiting our showroom

You are welcome to visit our Ascot showroom, where you can see full-size tiles and flooring displayed in room settings and pick up samples to take home.

How can I contact you?

Call us on 01344 620211, email trade@hyperiontiles.com, or visit the showroom in Ascot. We can help with product advice, samples, quantities, delivery and aftercare.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Cut samples are free to collect from our Ascot showroom. We can also post samples to you for a small postage charge, so you can check colour, finish and texture at home before you order.

Which brands do you stock?

We are an authorised stockist of leading tile and flooring brands, including Fired Earth, Ca'Pietra, Minoli, Original Style, Porcelanosa, Siminetti, Woodpecker and Floorify, alongside our own ranges.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on UK mainland orders over £1,000. Orders under £1,000 are charged based on weight, size and delivery location, confirmed at checkout or by quote for larger consignments.

In-stock items are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days. Large-format tiles, slabs, bathware and bespoke orders are delivered on our specialist off-load vehicles, with a scheduled delivery date arranged with you in advance. A specific or timed delivery can be arranged for an additional charge where available.

We deliver throughout mainland UK. If you are outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we will advise on available options and cost.

Do you offer larger or project quantities?

Yes. We regularly supply larger quantities for full projects and renovations. For project volumes, please contact us for a tailored quote and lead times.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original, full-box packaging within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. A restocking fee of 20% to 30% applies depending on the product range. Fired Earth returns are accepted for complete orders only.

End-of-line and clearance items, special orders, and made-to-order or bespoke items cannot be returned. All returns must be pre-authorised and accompanied by a returns number. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Payment options

We accept all major payment methods at checkout. PayPal Pay in 3 is also available, letting you spread the cost of your order over three interest-free payments (subject to status).
