Terrible nozzle problems have taken a short video of this it keeps coming off as soon as you apply pressure . The customer is not very impressed either absolutely shocking considering how much this kit costs . I don’t know what else to say , apart for me being able to send the whole kit back to you for a complete refund ,looking forward to hearing from you many thanks Jay.

I had in total 7 boxes of tiles but one box was delivered separately, the delivery company had damaged the box and broken the tiles inside, they had them replaced asap and made sure that they were all correct and I was happy. Great service
I am dissatisfied!!! They sent me a defective product with stains that can't be removed. After long negotiations, I received a new product, but it was not easy. I do not recommend !!!

Some tiles are cut thinner than others, colour variation majority grey, be aware you are not likely to get cream coloured ones, as advertised. Expensive product from Ca’Pietra but quality doesn’t match price.
The tiles themselves are ok, with a good colour match to the broken existing ones they replace. However, the edges are not vertical to the surface, but slightly beveled. The delivery cost was astonishingly and unreasonably expensive! I searched, but could not find these tiles elsewhere, so had no choice but to pay. If I wasn't replacing existing tiles, I would go elsewhere, because of the delivery cost.

I can’t do them cheaper than we do as we will be loosing money.

Good kit to get the job done. Once you got the kit it’s you only need to purchase the epoxy when needed.
