⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Installation Method: As a Tongue & Groove board, this can be floated over an underlay (gluing the joints), nailed to a timber subfloor, or fully stuck down to the screed.
- Underfloor Heating: This engineered board is stable enough for UFH systems, but it must be fully stuck down to the subfloor to ensure efficient heat transfer and stability.
- Oiled Finish Care: The floor is finished with oil, which penetrates the wood. For long-term care, we recommend using Woodpecker's specific cleaning and maintenance products to nourish the timber.
- Rustic Character: Please note this is an "Extra Rustic" grade. It features deliberate splits, cracks, and dark filler to mimic age. This is a design feature, not a defect.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
