- Hand-Scraped Surface: Because the surface is uneven by design, this floor looks best when laid towards the light source to accentuate the shadows and texture.
- Underfloor Heating: Compatible with UFH. For the best stability with this wide plank, we highly recommend a full surface bond (glue-down) installation over the screed.
- Maintenance: This floor is Oiled to allow for easy repair of the distressed surface. Clean with a specialist soap (like Woodpecker One Coat Soap) that nourishes the wood as it cleans.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
