- Underfloor Heating: Fully compatible with UFH. For the best performance and warranty compliance, we recommend the glue-down method over underfloor heating.
- Oiled Finish Care: The oil finish nourishes the wood but requires maintenance. Use Woodpecker's cleaning range to keep the floor hydrated and protected against stains.
- Rustic Character: This is an "Extra Rustic" grade. It features deliberate large knots, splits, and filler to mimic an aged floor. This is a desirable design feature, not a defect.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
