- Installation Method: This versatile T&G board can be floated (glued joints), nailed to a wooden subfloor, or stuck down to concrete.
- Underfloor Heating: Compatible with UFH. To ensure stability and effective heat transfer, the glue-down method is highly recommended.
- Oiled Finish Care: The oil penetrates the wood to protect it. Regular cleaning with Woodpecker's oiled floor cleaner will nourish the timber and maintain its deep lustre.
- Rustic Character: This floor is "Extra Rustic." It features large knots, cracks, and dark filler to replicate the look of aged timber. This is intended character, not a flaw.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
