A softly curved 152 x 75mm ceramic cornice for closing a tiled wall where it meets the ceiling — from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
A cornice does for tiling what plaster coving does for a room: it resolves the junction. Rather than leaving a hard cut edge against the ceiling or plaster above, the gentle concave sweep of this piece carries the eye upward and conceals the top of the field tiles entirely.
The profile is deliberately plain, so it suits both a restrained contemporary bathroom and a period scheme where the ornament belongs elsewhere — on a Victoria or Egg & Dart moulding at dado height, for instance. In the same deep Brilliant White glaze as the whole Artworks range.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a white flexible tile adhesive, and finish the joint against the ceiling in flexible silicone rather than rigid grout to absorb any movement.
- Layout: Set the cornice line out before tiling the field so the course beneath it is a full tile. Internal corners are mitred on site — allow around 10% extra for cuts.
- Cleaning: No sealing required. Wipe with warm water and a mild detergent, paying attention to the concave face where steam and dust can settle.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
