Goodrich Espresso Oak is the darkest and most dramatic floor in the collection. The timber undergoes a specialist smoking process which reacts with the natural tannins to create deep, intense cocoa and near-black tones. Unlike flat black stains, this process allows the natural grain of the oak to subtly shine through, adding texture and life to the darkness. Each 90mm x 400mm block is brushed to enhance this texture and sealed with five coats of high-performance matt lacquer. This finish provides a contemporary low-sheen look that is not only beautiful but practical, protecting the deep colour from daily wear. With a stable engineered core and a 4mm real oak wear layer, this floor is built to endure as a timeless foundation for your home.

- Fitting Method: Goodrich blocks feature T&G joints. We highly recommend a full surface bond (glue-down) installation. This provides a solid, premium sound underfoot and prevents the small blocks from moving.
- Underfloor Heating: This floor is ideal for use with UFH. A full glue-down installation is required to ensure efficient heat transfer and board stability.
- Lighting: Dark floors absorb light. Ensure your room has good natural or artificial lighting to showcase the deep tones effectively.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
