Goodrich Cathedral Oak is the most characterful floor in the Woodpecker collection. It celebrates the concept of "Extra Rustic" beauty, featuring waves of honey, caramel, and cocoa tones that swirl together to create deep warmth. What sets this floor apart is its texture: each block is manually scraped and distressed to create subtle undulations and tumbled edges, mimicking the worn, reclaimed look of an ancient church or manor house floor. Finished with five coats of natural Hardwax Oil, the timber retains a breathable, organic satin sheen that is easy to spot-repair and nurtures the wood from within.

⚠️ Professional Installation Tips
- Fitting Method: Goodrich blocks feature T&G joints. While they can be floated, we strongly recommend a full surface bond (glue-down) installation to minimise movement and sound.
- Underfloor Heating: Compatible with UFH. A full glue-down installation is required to ensure efficient heat transfer and stability.
- Maintenance: This floor is Oiled. You should use a liquid wax cleaner to clean and nourish the floor. Do not use standard supermarket detergents.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
