Important Information

Crafted with a copper glaze, these colours are susceptible to discolouration by mild acids such as soap. For best results, clean using clean water and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Recommended for use in dry areas only; avoid placing near sinks or showers. Note that these tiles and mouldings may develop a crazed effect. It is essential to seal crazed/crackle tiles before installation and once more after grouting. The crazing will continue over time, requiring occasional resealing.

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

•  Low hanging trees and bridges.

•  Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

•  No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

•  Unfinished tracks and roads.

•  Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

•  Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Checking Orders

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
