Heritage pattern with real drama — the Rustic Taco Heritage Black 16.5 x 16.5cm porcelain tile from Hyperion Tiles.
The strongest voice of the Heritage Taco trio. Inky black motifs against soft off-white give each tile a woodblock-print crispness, and with twenty tiles per box drawn at random from seventy-six designs, the finished floor reads as a graphic patchwork rather than a repeat. It is a wonderful foil to pale cabinetry and a natural in a Victorian hallway.
Made in Spain by Gayafores from hard-wearing glazed porcelain, it is rated F3 for moderate traffic and is frostproof, suiting internal floors, internal walls and external walls.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain, and an exterior-grade system outdoors. A soft white grout keeps the black graphic and crisp.
- Layout Options: Open several boxes at once and dry-lay before fixing — with V4 substantial variation and seventy-six designs, shuffling is what gives the floor its authentic, random rhythm.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
