Bring the mellow warmth of a farmhouse stone floor home with this Italian-made modular porcelain in golden beige from Hyperion Tiles.
Pietro Maple glows with honeyed, sun-warmed beige tones and the softly worn texture of old flagstones. Every pack blends four sizes — two 40 x 60cm, four 40 x 40cm, two 20 x 40cm and four 20 x 20cm pieces — laid together in a modular pattern that feels gathered over generations, with moderate V3 shade variation adding gentle tonal movement.
Crafted in Italy from glazed porcelain, 9mm thick with a matt finish and PTV +36 slip resistance, it is intended for internal floors — perfect for kitchens, hallways, garden rooms and country-style living spaces.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible porcelain adhesive and a warm sand or jasmine grout; a 3-5mm joint suits the rustic modular style.
- Layout Options: Lay in the classic modular (opus) pattern using all four sizes; mix pieces from several packs as you go to balance tonal variation.
- Cleaning: Warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner keep the glaze fresh; no sealing is ever needed.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
