Installation & care

Installation & care

  • Grout: We recommend a 2-3mm grout joint. Muted colours like Manhattan Grey or Anthracite will perfectly coordinate with the deep Teal tones for a sophisticated, integrated look.
  • Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible ceramic tile adhesive. Ensure full bed coverage for floor installations to provide a permanent and robust bond.
  • Layout: To showcase the V4 variation, always blend tiles from multiple boxes during installation for a balanced, harmonious spread of tonal blue-green hues.
  • Cleaning: Maintain the glossy surface with warm soapy water and a soft mop or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the long-term clarity of the ceramic glaze.
Samples

Tone, glaze and veining all read differently in your own light. Cut samples are free — sample postage is £4.99 (£8 for Original Style) and we refund it on tile orders over £50 with the code we email you. Our family-run team is happy to check quantities and finishes with you on 01344 620211.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Teal colourway compare to Oltremare?

While Oltremare is a deep, saturated ultramarine blue, the Teal colourway sits beautifully between blue and green. It offers a more botanical, aquatic feel that changes significantly depending on the light. Because of the V4 high variation, some tiles will lean more towards a deep emerald while others show brighter turquoise tones, creating a rich, multi-tonal surface.

Can I use these ceramic tiles on a shower floor?

The Maroc range is rated for internal domestic floors, including bathrooms. However, because it has a high-gloss finish, we recommend careful consideration for wet areas. While the undulated surface provides more grip than a flat-polished tile, it remains a glossy ceramic. It is an exceptional choice for bathroom floors, cloakrooms, and hallways where a decorative, artisanal look is desired.

Which grout colour works best with Teal?

To highlight the high-definition blue-green tones, we recommend a mid-grey grout such as Manhattan or Silver Grey. If you want the individual 9.9x9.9cm squares to stand out as a grid, a lighter grout like Jasmine provides a beautiful contrast. For a more integrated, seamless look, a darker charcoal grout can be used to let the gloss of the tiles take centre stage.
