⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Priming: Always prime your substrate (plaster, screed, or timber) with an appropriate acrylic primer (like Mapei Primer G) before tiling to ensure a strong bond and prevent the adhesive drying too fast.
- Back Buttering: For large format tiles (>30x30cm) and natural stone, always apply adhesive to the back of the tile as well as the floor to achieve 100% coverage.
- Mixing: Mix with clean water to a smooth, lump-free consistency. Let it "slake" (rest) for a few minutes, then mix again before use.
- Moisture Sensitive Stone: If installing Green Marble or certain resin-agglomerates, please check with us first, as you may require a rapid-setting adhesive (S1 Rapid) to prevent warping.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
