Fill your rooms with the warm, creamy glow of parchment-toned marble in this 60 x 120cm Artech matt porcelain tile from Hyperion Tiles.
Alba Parchment washes soft cream and gentle golden veining across an expansive surface, the Artech matt finish giving it the mellow, touchable quality of honed stone. Slight V2 shade variation keeps large runs of tiling calm and beautifully consistent.
A glazed porcelain at 9mm thick with rectified edges for fine grout lines, it suits internal walls and floors and, being frost-proof, external walls too — an inviting backdrop for bathrooms, kitchens and open-plan living.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible large-format porcelain adhesive, back-buttering each tile; a cream or jasmine grout melts into the marble effect.
- Layout Options: Run the veining in one direction for a slab-like sweep, or stack bond; limit offsets to a third of the tile length.
- Cleaning: Warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner keep it pristine; no sealing is ever required.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
