Alba Ecru drifts warm ivory and gentle greige veining across a generously scaled surface, the tactile Artech matt finish lending the stone a soft, honed glow rather than a hard shine. With slight V2 shade variation, the marble effect stays serene and cohesive across large expanses.
This unglazed porcelain tile is 9mm thick with precise rectified edges for slim, elegant grout lines. Suitable for internal walls and floors and frost-proof for external walls, it brings hotel-calibre polish to bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible large-format porcelain adhesive with full back-buttering; an ivory or warm cream grout keeps the marble look seamless.
- Layout Options: Bookend the veining vertically on walls for a grand marble-slab feel, or stack bond floors; keep any offset to a third of the tile length.
- Cleaning: Wipe or mop with a pH-neutral cleaner; unlike real marble it never needs sealing and shrugs off splashes of lemon or wine.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
