A Refined Finishing Line: Windsor Osborne Caramel Pencil 1 x 15cm
A slim 1 x 15cm glazed ceramic pencil trim in warm Osborne caramel, from the Victorian-inspired Windsor collection at Hyperion Tiles.
The pencil is the quiet detail that lifts a period wall — a narrow glossy border to frame a field of tiles, edge a splashback, or cap a half-tiled dado. In honeyed caramel it warms and finishes a scheme with understated charm.
Crafted in glazed ceramic with a 6mm body and a consistent V1 shade. Rated for internal walls and sold individually, so you can order exactly the number of lengths your layout calls for.

- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a quality flexible wall adhesive and a fine-joint grout, keeping joints tight for a crisp border line.
- Layout Options: Run horizontally to cap a dado or splashback, or vertically to frame a panel of field tiles.
- Cleaning: Wipe with warm water and a mild cleaner. The glazed surface needs no sealing and wipes clean with ease.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
