Product story
Twelve Millimetres Of Definition
The narrowest piece in the Artworks range at 12mm on the face and 152mm long, the Westminster Grey Omega Moulding, from Hyperion Tiles, your official Original Style stockist.
Twelve millimetres across the face is what the Omega offers: minimal projection from the plane of the wall, together with a horizontal definite enough to be read across a room. It is a glazed line, drawn and no more, and that is the whole of its brief. Pieces come four to a box, covering 0.6 of a linear metre, and it takes 6.6 of them to make a metre. Work in whole boxes — a four-metre run needs seven of them, which brings you to 4.2 metres and leaves a little in hand for the odd breakage.
Original Style describe this colour as a mid-grey light enough to serve as a muted alternative to white or cream — it does the work white does, without the glare that comes with it. A narrow line in that grey gives a wall an edge to finish on without committing the room to a colour, and a scheme built this way can be recoloured above the moulding as often as anyone likes. It is a touch darker than Chancel Grey, and it has no cast in it at all, which is the reason it accepts whatever is painted beside it.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.
Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Installation & Care Tips
Installation & care
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a white flexible adhesive. On a piece this slim the grout joints fall close together, so the colour you choose does a great deal of work: matched tightly to the glaze, the whole moulding reads as a single uninterrupted line. A brilliant white will chop it into visible 152mm segments and turn the tiling into a grid — a fair decision if the line is meant to be the feature, but know that is what it does. Steer clear of anything warm or beige-toned, which dirties a true grey, and of anything with a cool cast, which drags it away from neutral.
- Layout: Dry-lay a full box along the floor first and mark where the joints will fall; on a 12mm face there is no hiding an uneven joint width. Keep the top arris of the moulding to a taut string line rather than trusting the tile below it.
- Cleaning: No sealing is needed on a glazed surface. A soft cloth, warm water and a drop of washing-up liquid will keep it bright; strong descalers and scouring pads will take the shine off permanently.
