- Adhesive Selection: Use a white flexible adhesive suitable for large format tiles (e.g., Keraquick White). Ensure 100% adhesive coverage (back-buttering the tile) to prevent voids and cracks.
- Natural Variation: To achieve the best look, open multiple crates and mix the tiles before laying them. This ensures a natural distribution of colour and fossils across your floor.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
