Star Sand lays a gently faded decorative motif over a warm beige ground, so each square carries the softly worn charm of a tile that has aged gracefully in a Spanish courtyard. Across a kitchen floor or up a hallway wall, it adds pattern without ever feeling busy — warm, welcoming and quietly characterful.

Made in Spain by Manufactura Industrial Azulejera, this is glazed porcelain built for real homes: an F3 wear rating for family living areas, R10 slip resistance underfoot, and full frostproofing so the warmth can flow out onto external walls and sheltered terraces.

Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain. A warm buff or sand-toned grout keeps the surface calm and cohesive.
Layout Options: The 20 x 20cm format works beautifully as an all-over patterned floor, a border framing plainer tiles, or a decorative panel behind a stove or basin.
Cleaning: Sweep and clean with warm water and a mild floor cleaner. The glazed matt surface needs no sealing and will not stain.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

How many Star Sand tiles do I need per square metre?

Star Sand works out at 25 tiles per square metre. It is sold by the pack of 25 tiles, with each pack covering exactly 1m². Measure your wall or floor area, then add around 10% extra for cuts and wastage — for example, a 4m² floor would need 5 packs to be safe. Our team is always happy to check your quantities for you.

Where can Star Sand tiles be used?

Star Sand is a glazed porcelain tile suitable for internal walls, internal floors and external walls.
