⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive Formulation: When installing transparent or translucent glass tiles, it is highly recommended to use a bright white, flexible tile adhesive specifically formulated for glass. Ensure the adhesive is applied evenly to the back of the tile to prevent trowel marks from showing through.
- Layout Options: These perfectly proportioned 10x10cm tiles can be installed in a classic grid, a brick-bond pattern, or even diagonally, offering fantastic design versatility.
- Cleaning: Maintain the beautiful glossy finish easily with warm water, a standard glass cleaner, and a soft cloth; strictly avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could scratch or dull the surface. Sealing is not necessary.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
