Smoky charcoal and dove-grey veins sweep across a shifting ground of blush and mineral tones, mirrored to a glass-like polish. Rated V3 for moderate variation, each tile reveals its own passage of veining, building walls and floors with the theatre of rare natural marble.
This glazed porcelain tile is polished, rectified and frost-proof, suitable for internal walls and floors as well as external walls. Use it to create seamless, gallery-worthy bathrooms, kitchens and open-plan living spaces.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible adhesive suitable for large-format porcelain and back-butter each tile; a close-matched grey grout keeps veining continuous.
- Layout Options: Dry-lay tiles first to choreograph the vein flow; book-matching adjacent tiles creates a spectacular feature wall.
- Cleaning: Wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner and soft cloth. Avoid abrasive powders that could mar the polished surface.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
