A Bold Quatrefoil: Infusion St Etienne Patterned Tile

A teal and charcoal quatrefoil porcelain in a 20 x 20cm square — Infusion St Etienne from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.

St Etienne is the most graphic of the Infusion designs — a repeating quatrefoil in deep teal and dark grey with stylised leaf motifs on an off-white ground. It makes a striking statement floor in a hallway or utility, and holds its own as a feature splashback. Pair it with dark timber, matt black fittings or aged brass for real drama.

Crafted in through-bodied matt porcelain, it needs no sealing, resists frost and carries an R10 slip rating — suitable for internal and external walls and floors, and wet rooms.

Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Yes. Infusion is through-bodied matt porcelain with an R10 slip rating and is frostproof, so it is suitable for internal and external walls and floors, as well as wet rooms.

Do Infusion tiles need sealing?

No. As matt porcelain, Infusion tiles require no sealing. Simply fix, grout and clean with warm water and a mild cleaner.

How are Infusion tiles sold and what coverage do they give?

Infusion is sold per tile in the 20 x 20cm format. Twenty-five tiles cover one square metre, with each tile covering 0.04m2.

Can I order a sample before buying?

Yes. A full tile sample is available to collect free from our Ascot showroom, or we can post one to your door for a small postage charge.

Installation & care

Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a high-quality flexible adhesive. A charcoal or soft grey grout sharpens the quatrefoil; use a frost-resistant, exterior-grade system in wet and external areas.
Layout Options: Lay with a fine joint and shuffle tiles from several boxes so the quatrefoil repeat aligns evenly across the surface.
Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Matt porcelain needs no sealing and shrugs off splashes, steam and frost.
