An ornate blue, sage and soft-pink floral porcelain in a 20 x 20cm square — Infusion Nazare from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Named for the Portuguese fishing town, Nazare layers a symmetrical floral in gentle blues, muted teal and cream for a design that feels both traditional and fresh. It brings movement and colour to a bathroom floor, a boot-room or a run of splashback, and pairs naturally with painted cabinetry and warm metals.
Crafted in through-bodied matt porcelain, it needs no sealing, resists frost and carries an R10 slip rating — suitable for internal and external walls and floors, and wet rooms.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a high-quality flexible adhesive. A soft grey or off-white grout keeps the focus on the pattern; use a frost-resistant, exterior-grade system in wet and external areas.
- Layout Options: Lay with a fine joint and shuffle tiles from several boxes so the floral repeats evenly across the surface.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Matt porcelain needs no sealing and shrugs off splashes, steam and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
