Escalas Bianco reimagines the timeless fish-scale in a crisp, gallery white. Each scalloped tile is glazed by a Spanish artisan producer and finished with a subtle crackle glaze that lends the surface a soft, handmade luminosity and gently varied character.
Measuring 15.5 x 17cm in glazed ceramic, Bianco is designed for interior walls, making it a graceful choice for kitchen splashbacks, shower surrounds and feature panels where its overlapping curves catch the changing light.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix to a sound, dry wall with a standard white tile adhesive; a fine grout joint of around 1.5mm keeps the scalloped pattern crisp.
- Layout Options: Stack the scallops for a classic fish-scale, or alternate the rows for a woven effect — dry-lay a section first to plan your setting out.
- Sealing & Cleaning: As a crackle glaze, seal the tiles before grouting to protect the surface, then simply wipe clean with a pH-neutral cleaner.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
