Warm Earthy Elegance: Minoli Boost Stone Clay Matt

Invite the comforting warmth of nature into your home with the Minoli Boost Stone Clay Matt 60 x 60cm Tile—a sophisticated porcelain tile that captures the rustic charm of limestone in a rich, earthy palette.

The Boost Stone Collection reimagines the traditional stone look for contemporary living. The Clay colourway offers a grounded, organic feel with warm beige and taupe undertones, perfectly replicating the natural shading found in quarried stone. Featuring a V2 Moderate shade variation, the surface displays subtle sediment details without being overwhelming. Crafted from robust 9mm thick Rectified Porcelain in a versatile 60x60cm square format, it provides an incredibly durable, R10 slip-resistant solution for cosy living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Installation & care

⚠️ Installation & care

  • Suitability: Rated for both Walls and Floors. It is frost-resistant and highly durable.
  • Adhesive: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive suitable for porcelain tiles (e.g., Keraquick). Always use a white adhesive to prevent any shadowing through the glaze.
  • Grout Recommendation:
    • For a seamless blend, use a coordinating warm grout like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 133 Sand or 132 Beige 2000.
    • For a subtle contrast, use a neutral grey like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 112 Medium Grey.
Delivery And Returns

Try it before you commit

Tone, glaze and veining all read differently in your own light. Cut samples are free — sample postage is £4.99 (£8 for Original Style) and we refund it on tile orders over £50 with the code we email you. Our family-run team is happy to check quantities and finishes with you on 01344 620211.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Fired Earth ranges are returned through Fired Earth’s own returns process, and special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Boost and Boost Stone?

The "Boost" collection mimics a contemporary concrete finish, while "Boost Stone" is inspired by natural limestone. Boost Stone features subtle fossilisation and sedimentary markings for a more organic, quarried look, whereas Boost has a more industrial, trowelled cement appearance.

Is this tile suitable for floors?

Yes! It is made from rectified porcelain with an R10 slip rating. This makes it hard-wearing, safe, and perfectly suitable for floors in high-traffic areas like kitchens and hallways, as well as bathrooms.

Is it slippery?

No. The Minoli Boost Stone Clay 60x60cm tile carries an R10 slip rating. This provides a safe, tactile matt surface with excellent grip, making it suitable for family homes and wet areas.

Does it need sealing?

No. Unlike real natural limestone, this is a glazed porcelain tile. It is non-porous, waterproof, and highly stain-resistant, requiring no sealing, waxing, or specialist maintenance ever.
