- Suitability: Designed specifically as a lightweight Wall Tile. It is not suitable for floor installations. For a matching floor, use the 60x60cm porcelain version.
- Adhesive: Always use a white flexible wall tile adhesive to prevent the darker red ceramic body from shadowing through the glaze.

Grout Recommendation:
- For a seamless, continuous concrete wall, choose a coordinating grout like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 110 Manhattan (Light Grey).
- For a subtle grid effect, use a slightly darker contrast like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 112 Medium Grey.
- Maintenance: This glazed ceramic tile does not require any sealing. Clean regularly with a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft cloth to preserve the matt finish. Avoid abrasive scourers.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
