Warm Industrial Minimalism: Minoli Beton Beige Matt

Soften the industrial look with the Minoli Beton Beige Matt 60 x 60cm Tile—a high-performance porcelain floor tile that delivers a sophisticated, mottled concrete effect in an inviting, warm neutral palette.

The Beton Collection brings a refined, minimalist style to modern interiors, perfectly balancing the raw urban appeal of cement with contemporary elegance. The Beige colourway introduces a welcoming warmth, preventing rooms from feeling too stark or cold. Featuring a V2 Moderate shade variation, the surface replicates the authentic poured and mottled texture of real concrete. Crafted from robust 9mm thick white body porcelain in a versatile 60x60cm square format, it provides a highly durable, R10 slip-resistant foundation for kitchens, bathrooms, and open-plan living areas.

Installation & care

⚠️ Installation & care

  • Suitability: Designed primarily as a highly durable Floor Tile, but it can also be used on walls providing the substrate can support the weight of a 9mm porcelain tile.
  • Adhesive: Use a flexible cement-based adhesive suitable for porcelain tiles (e.g., Keraquick). Always use a white adhesive to prevent any shadowing through lighter tiles.
  • Grout Recommendation:
    • For a seamless, continuous concrete floor, choose a coordinating grout like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 130 Jasmine or 132 Beige 2000.
    • For a subtle grid effect, use a slightly darker contrast like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 133 Sand.
Delivery And Returns

Try it before you commit

Tone, glaze and veining all read differently in your own light. Cut samples are free — sample postage is £4.99 (£8 for Original Style) and we refund it on tile orders over £50 with the code we email you. Our family-run team is happy to check quantities and finishes with you on 01344 620211.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

Unused, complete orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery; as tiles are picked and packed to your quantity, a restocking fee of 20–30% applies depending on the range. Fired Earth ranges are returned through Fired Earth’s own returns process, and special-order items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery or faulty. Ordering a free sample first is the simplest way to avoid a return.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

Is it suitable for underfloor heating?

Yes! Porcelain is one of the most efficient thermal conductors available for floor tiles. It is vastly superior to real wood, vinyl, or laminate for underfloor heating systems, as it heats up quickly and retains the warmth effectively.

Is this tile slippery?

No. The Minoli Beton 60x60cm porcelain floor tile carries an R10 slip rating. This provides a safe, tactile matt surface with excellent grip, making it perfectly suited for busy kitchens, hallways, and bathroom floors.

Does it look like real concrete?

Yes. The Minoli Beton range uses advanced digital printing to recreate the mottled look of genuine poured cement. The "V2 Moderate" shading ensures that the tiles have natural, non-repeating tonal variations across the floor, providing an authentic architectural finish.

Does it need sealing?

No. Unlike real poured concrete, this is a premium porcelain tile. It is completely non-porous, waterproof, and highly stain-resistant, requiring no sealing, waxing, or specialist maintenance ever.
