⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Suitability: Designed specifically as a highly textured Wall Tile. It is absolutely not suitable for floors. For a matching floor, use the plain 60x60cm floor tile version.
- Adhesive: Always use a white flexible wall tile adhesive to prevent the darker red ceramic body from shadowing through the lighter glaze.

Grout Recommendation:
- To highlight the 3D texture while maintaining warmth, use a coordinating grout like Mapei Ultracolour Plus 130 Jasmine or 132 Beige 2000.
- Ensure excess grout is thoroughly washed out of the 3D grooves during installation before it sets.
- Maintenance: Clean regularly with a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush and a pH-neutral cleaner to ensure dust and water marks do not settle in the textured grooves. No sealing is required.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
