Lay down a floor with real personality with the Belgravia Caen 20 x 20cm patterned porcelain tile from Hyperion Tiles.
Caen draws on the decorative floor tiles of grand European townhouses, its intricate motif worked in soft botanical greens and blues across a matt porcelain face. Laid across a kitchen floor or a hallway it reads like an heirloom encaustic — all pattern and quiet grandeur — yet it is a thoroughly modern tile beneath the surface.
Made in Spain from hard-wearing glazed porcelain, Caen is rated F3 for moderate traffic and is frostproof, so it works equally well on internal floors, internal walls and external walls — the same pattern can run from the kitchen out onto a terrace.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain, and an exterior-grade system for outdoor work. A soft grey grout lets the pattern lead.
- Layout Options: Lay the full field for a rich carpet of pattern, or use Caen as a border or inset panel against plain tiles. V2 slight variation means shuffling tiles from several packs gives the most natural result.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
