Bright & Enduring: Tahoe White 20 x 20cm
A rustic white porcelain square that works as beautifully outside as it does in — the Tahoe White 20 x 20cm from Hyperion Tiles.
Tahoe White has the softly weathered surface of an old lime-washed tile, its matt glaze catching the light without ever glaring. The V2 variation means each square differs a little from the next, so a run of them reads as something laid down over decades rather than delivered last week.
Made in Spain from glazed porcelain, it is rated F4 for heavy domestic traffic, frostproof, and R11 slip-resistant — which means it can run from a kitchen floor straight out onto a terrace without changing tile.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain. Outdoors, specify a frost-resistant exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: Lay as a plain field, chequer with the Tahoe decors, or use as a calm border around a patterned centre. Shuffle tiles from several packs to make the most of the V2 variation.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Orders for special order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged on delivery or are faulty.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
