Fixing advice
- Outdoors: choose frost-proof, outdoor-rated grout and adhesive and confirm the tile is approved for the exterior use you have in mind.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

Intricate & Botanical: Tahoe Green Decor Five 20 x 20cm
The more ornate of the Tahoe green patterns — the Tahoe Green Decor Five 20 x 20cm from Hyperion Tiles.
Decor Five turns a finer, busier motif across the same dusty sage ground, with the intricacy of a hand-painted Mediterranean tile. Where Decor Three is graphic, Decor Five is decorative — the one to reach for when a garden room floor or a kitchen splashback deserves to be the loveliest thing in the house.
Made in Spain from glazed porcelain, it is rated F4 for heavy domestic traffic, frostproof, and R11 slip-resistant — so it works just as happily on a terrace as it does indoors.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a high-quality flexible adhesive and grout suitable for porcelain. Outdoors, specify a frost-resistant exterior-grade system throughout.
- Layout Options: Lay a full patterned field for maximum impact, chequer with plain Tahoe Green or White, or use as a splashback panel or hallway centre. Shuffle tiles from several packs for the most natural result.
- Cleaning: Sweep and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Glazed porcelain needs no sealing and resists staining and frost.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
