Fixing advice

Outdoors: choose frost-proof, outdoor-rated grout and adhesive and confirm the tile is approved for the exterior use you have in mind.
Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

Fresh & Organic: Tahoe Green 20 x 20cm

A rustic sage-green porcelain square that brings the garden indoors — the Tahoe Green 20 x 20cm from Hyperion Tiles.

Tahoe Green has the soft, dusty green of weathered shutters and olive leaves. Its matt glaze and V2 variation give every square a slightly different cast, so a laid floor shifts gently from sage to eucalyptus as the light moves across it.

Made in Spain from glazed porcelain, it is rated F4 for heavy domestic traffic, frostproof, and R11 slip-resistant — which means it can run from a kitchen floor straight out into a garden room or onto a terrace.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

How many Tahoe tiles do I need per square metre?

You need 25 tiles per square metre. Tahoe is sold by the pack of 25 tiles, which covers exactly 1m². We recommend adding 10% for cuts and wastage, and our Ascot team is happy to check your quantities for you.

Can Tahoe Green be used outdoors?

Yes. Tahoe is frostproof, rated F4 for heavy domestic traffic and R11 for slip resistance, making it suitable for internal walls and floors as well as external walls and external floors — patios, terraces and garden rooms included.

How do I clean and maintain Tahoe porcelain tiles?

Sweep, then mop with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Glazed porcelain requires no sealing and resists staining and frost, so it stays looking well with very little effort — indoors or out.

Can I order a sample of Tahoe Green?

Yes — a free 10 x 10cm cut sample is available. Collect it from our Ascot showroom at 67 High Street, or we can post it to you for a small postage charge. With a V2 variation tile, seeing it in your own light really does help.
