Fixing advice
- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Outdoors: choose frost-proof, outdoor-rated grout and adhesive and confirm the tile is approved for the exterior use you have in mind.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

Crisp Alpine Calm: Sutton Snow
Brighten walls and floors inside and out with the clean, wintry whites of Sutton Snow stone-effect porcelain from Hyperion Tiles.
Sutton Snow layers soft whites and pale greys with the gentle surface movement of weathered limestone. A moderate V3 variation keeps each slender 6 x 30cm finger tile subtly distinct, so finished surfaces read as naturally laid stone rather than repeated print.
The matt glazed porcelain body is suitable for internal walls and floors and, being frostproof, external walls as well. With an R10 slip rating (PTV +36), it is as happy lining a shower as it is brightening a porch or courtyard wall.

When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible porcelain adhesive; outdoors, choose frost-resistant adhesive and grout. A light grey grout keeps the stone effect soft and seamless.
- Layout Options: Stack the slim format vertically to draw the eye upward, run it horizontally for calm, or herringbone for energy; mix tiles from several packs to blend the V3 variation.
- Cleaning: No sealing required — wash with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
