Bring Mediterranean warmth to walls and floors, inside and out, with Sutton Clay stone-effect porcelain from Hyperion Tiles.
Sutton Clay glows with the oranges and ochres of sun-baked earthenware. Each slender 6 x 30cm finger tile carries its own tonal shift thanks to a moderate V3 variation, so laid surfaces have the relaxed, mottled warmth of reclaimed terracotta with the discipline of a precision-made tile.
The matt glazed porcelain body works on internal walls and floors and, being frostproof, on external walls too. An R10 slip rating (PTV +36) makes it a confident companion for kitchens, bathrooms, boot rooms and sheltered outdoor spaces alike.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible porcelain adhesive; outdoors, choose frost-resistant adhesive and grout. A warm sand-toned grout deepens the terracotta feel.
- Layout Options: Vertical stacking gives height and rhythm, horizontal courses feel grounded, and herringbone adds movement; blend tiles from several packs to distribute the V3 variation.
- Cleaning: No sealing required — wash with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
