An ocean-blue hand-glazed ceramic brick tile in a classic 7.5 x 15cm metro format — Provence Monaco from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
Developed by Fired Earth, made in Spain and carefully glazed in Wiltshire, Provence has been a much-loved classic for years. Built on a terracotta biscuit and finished with a deep, ocean-inspired glaze, the Monaco colourway brings warmth, movement and timeless French country character to any wall.
As a hand-glazed tile, gentle variation in tone and a softly crazed surface are part of its charm. It is ideal as a kitchen splashback, bathroom or shower wall, and a beautiful feature wall.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing: Fired Earth recommends sealing this hand-glazed tile to protect the crazed glaze. Seal before grouting and wipe away any residue promptly.
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix with a high-quality flexible adhesive and a soft, tonal grout. Shuffle tiles from several boxes to blend the natural glaze variation.
- Cleaning: Wipe with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals that can dull the hand-applied glaze.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
