Empress Dado Tourmaline, a moulded deep tourmaline teal (a rich blue-green) ceramic dado rail trim from Hyperion Tiles, your official Fired Earth stockist.
The Empress Dado Tourmaline traces the classic dado line in a deep, jewel-like tourmaline teal — a slim, moulded border rail that brings depth and rhythm to a Beatrice wall. It is a trim piece, sold individually.
Made in glazed and decorated ceramic with a genuine crackle glaze, its 3.5 x 15.2cm profile has a softly crazed, characterful surface. Set it above the Beatrice Tourmaline field tiles and matching base to complete an authentically Empress scheme.

⚠ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing: The crackle glaze is porous — seal the tiles before grouting, and again after, to protect the crazed surface from staining.
- Adhesive & Grout: Fix to a sound, dry interior wall with a quality flexible adhesive and grout in a soft, tonal shade. Keep a 3mm joint to allow for the natural size tolerance.
- Cleaning: Wipe with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner; avoid harsh abrasives and acidic products that can dull the glaze. For interior walls only — not suitable for floors or external use.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
