⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Weight & Support: This is a solid stone moulding (2.6cm thick). Ensure it is well-supported with spacers or batons until the adhesive sets to prevent slipping.
- Sealing is Essential: Black marble is sensitive to acidic staining (etching). It must be sealed to protect the finish. We recommend sealing it before installation and again after grouting with a high-quality impregnator like Lithofin MN Stainstop.
- Mitred Corners: For external corners, the stone will need to be mitre-cut at 45 degrees. A high-quality wet cutter is essential for a clean finish.
- Cleaning: Never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon, bleach) on black marble as they will strip the surface. Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
