⚠️ Installation & Care Tips

Sealing is Essential: Marble is a porous natural stone. It must be sealed to prevent staining from water, oils, and toiletries. We recommend sealing once before grouting and once after grouting with a high-quality impregnator (like Lithofin MN Stainstop).
Use White Adhesive: Always use a White flexible tile adhesive. Standard grey adhesive can shadow through the white marble, dulling its brightness.
Natural Variation: As a natural product, every tile is unique. Expect "extreme variation" in veining and shade. We strongly recommend mixing tiles from different boxes during installation to create a balanced look.
Small Imperfections: Due to the nature of the stone, small chips may be noticeable on the edges. This is normal and adds to the character, but significant chips should be used for cuts.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

• Low hanging trees and bridges.

• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

• Unfinished tracks and roads.

• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

• Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
