When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

No Glue Needed: This floor is designed for a floating installation. The planks click together securely, making the process much faster than traditional glue-down vinyl.
Cleaning: Maintain the beautiful matte finish of "Whitsundays" by using a soft broom or vacuum, followed by a damp mop with a neutral floor cleaner. No specialist waxing or polishing is required.
