Use the Comfort Underlay for residential spaces and upper floors, or the Performance Underlay for areas with underfloor heating or heavy commercial traffic.
- Installation Method: Forget messy parquet glue. This floor features a tried-and-tested click system for a fast, floating installation. It can often be laid directly over existing hard floors with minor irregularities.
- Maintenance: Routine cleaning is effortless. The anti-stain top layer means spills can simply be wiped away with standard vinyl floor cleaners. It does not require any specialist sealing or waxing.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
