Fixing advice

Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.
Estimates are a planning guide: joint width, tile size, trowel and substrate all change the final quantity. Confirm the fixing system with your installer, or call us on 01344 620211.

Product details

Product story

Urban Callizo is a 20 x 20cm patterned porcelain tile with a geometric design and concrete-inspired neutral tones. It gives a floor or feature area a defined pattern without depending on bright colour.

The repeat and orientation influence how strongly the geometry reads. Use quieter adjoining surfaces if you want the patterned area to be the room's main focus.

Ascot Showroom Expert Tip

Dry-lay a full repeat before locating the centre line. Compare a medium grey grout with the pattern, and verify the manufacturer's application guidance for the precise location rather than relying on a slip rating alone.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, with express options available. Special-order and made-to-order ranges carry their own lead time, shown on the product page and confirmed when you order. Pallet, slab, large-format and bathware orders travel on a specialist off-load service — we confirm the timescale and book a date that suits you before dispatch.

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your order and postcode (we do not offer showroom collection) and UK delivery is free on orders over £1,000 on most ranges. For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.

When your order arrives

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.

Returns

To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

Additional supplier returns have their own eligibility rules, charges and exclusions. These do not override statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty goods. See our refund policy and supplier return guidance before arranging a return.

Product Frequently Asked Questions

Is this tile suitable for outdoors?

Yes! Urban Callizo is a frost-proof porcelain tile with a specialized R10 anti-slip finish. It is perfect for garden patios, pathways, or balconies, allowing you to create a seamless transition from indoors to out.

Is it safe for wet rooms?

Absolutely. The tile is designed with safety in mind, making it ideal for wet room floors, walk-in showers, and swimming pool surrounds where slip resistance is essential.

Does it look like real stone?

Yes, it features a contemporary stone-effect finish with subtle veining and texture. However, because it is porcelain, it won't stain, fade, or require the sealing that natural stone does.

Installation & Care Tips

⚠️ Installation & care

No Sealing Required: Urban Callizo is made of high-quality glazed porcelain, which is non-porous. It requires zero sealing, making it a low-maintenance, practical choice.
Mix & Match: This patterned tile pairs beautifully with the plain tiles in the Urban range (like Urban Grey or Taupe). Use the plain tiles to create a calm border around the vibrant Callizo pattern.
Grout Colour: We recommend a Medium Grey or Manhattan grout to blend with the industrial stone-effect background of the tile.
