- Showers and wet rooms: use a water-resistant or epoxy grout and tank the substrate behind the tile.
- Outdoors: choose frost-proof, outdoor-rated grout and adhesive and confirm the tile is approved for the exterior use you have in mind.
- Sealing: glazed ceramic and porcelain generally do not need sealing; check the product specification and the grout instructions.

Refresh your interiors with the crisp, luminous tones of Terra Ice, a rustic zellige-look porcelain finger tile from Hyperion Tiles.
Terra Ice glimmers with cool, glacial whites softened by the gentlest hints of grey. Substantial V4 shade variation ripples across the slim 6 x 24.6cm tiles, so light dances over the finished surface just as it would across genuine hand-glazed zellige.
Made from matt glazed porcelain, Terra Ice suits internal walls and floors, while its frostproof body welcomes it onto external walls too - a serene choice for bathrooms, kitchens and light-filled garden rooms.

For pallet deliveries please tell us about access issues in advance — low trees or bridges, narrow roads or gateways, gravel drives, or no turning or unloading space — as a re-delivery charge may apply if we cannot complete delivery.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Once goods are unloaded they become the responsibility of the receiver, so if anything isn’t right, contact us within three working days and we’ll put it right quickly.
Returns
To request a return, contact Hyperion within 14 days of delivery. For eligible online consumer cancellations, you have a further 14 days after telling us to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct return address; your statutory cancellation does not depend on our authorisation.

- Layout Options: Stack vertically for height, lay horizontally in a brick bond for a classic look, or try a herringbone pattern for extra movement.
- Cleaning: Simply wipe down with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner - no sealing required.

Once an order has been placed, goods that are in stock can normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
