Terra Blue pools rich, inky blue across its slim 6 x 24.6cm surface, every tile subtly different thanks to substantial V4 shade variation. Laid together, the tiles shimmer with the depth and irregularity of traditional hand-glazed zellige, lending instant soul to a scheme.
Made from matt glazed porcelain, Terra Blue works beautifully on internal walls and floors, and its frostproof body means it is equally at home on external walls - think show-stopping splashbacks, shower enclosures and courtyard features.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible, cement-based adhesive suitable for porcelain; a deep tonal grout keeps the look seamless, while a pale grout makes each finger tile pop.
- Layout Options: Stack vertically for height, lay horizontally in a brick bond for a classic look, or try a herringbone pattern for extra movement.
- Cleaning: Simply wipe down with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner - no sealing required.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Orders for special order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged on delivery or are faulty.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
