Solide Stone layers warm, mineral greys with the gentle pitting and drift of weathered limestone. Thanks to its substantial V4 shade variation, every tile carries its own pattern, so large expanses feel authentically quarried rather than printed, with a soft matt surface that plays beautifully with natural light.
Made from glazed porcelain with rectified edges for crisp, narrow grout lines, it is suited to internal walls and floors as well as external walls. An R10 slip rating and frost-proof body make it a dependable choice for busy kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and open-plan living spaces.

- Adhesive & Grout: Use a flexible, polymer-modified adhesive suitable for large-format porcelain, back-buttering each tile for full coverage; a warm grey grout keeps the stone effect seamless.
- Layout Options: Lay in a stack bond for a contemporary look, or offset by no more than a third to protect the flatness of this large format.
- Cleaning: Simply sweep and mop with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner; no sealing is ever required.

Delivery And Returns
Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
Fired Earth Tile Returns
Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All other Brands
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
